Upload your finished art as a 13x19, or 36x44 image at 150 dpi. 36X44 will fit up to a ADULT SM- ADULT 3X all over print, artwork must be properly sized at time of submission.

Once the mockup is sent, you have 12 hours to review and approve or request changes. If we do not hear from you within this time period, your item may be sent to production, and at this time, you will be charged a $10 reprint fee.
We try to have all orders processed within 5 to 7 business days (Normal Processing Time) and rushed orders are shipped out same day if its before 5pm CST and if not it will be shipped out next business day.

However, due to the volume of orders, we ask for a Need-by date to ensure all orders are scheduled in the order in which they are needed and not necessarily in the order that they are ordered in or the timeframe unless states as the processing time.
For Expedited Service (To have your order designed AND shipped before the normal processing time of 7 business days), please SELECT AND PAY for EXPEDITED PROCESSING.
EXPEDITED PROCESSING: Includes shipping via 2-day UPS Air. It does not push your order to the front of the worklist. If you want to ensure your order is processed and shipped sooner please contact us at customer service at perfectcombinationdesigns@gmail.com to process your payment with a rush fee of $25 AND the expedited shipping (overnight) of calculated based on your address.

NOTE: PERFECTCOMBINATIONDESIGNS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES VIA CARRIER. TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED WITH YOUR ORDER. PLEASE FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER. IF PERFECTCOMBINATIONDESIGNS MADE AN ERROR WITH THE ORDER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY WE WILL REPLACE THE PRINTS.
